Industry Breakthrough – Huamai G Series Light Duty Paper Roll Clamps
The paper roll clamp has no major breakthroughs since using the structure of the large base plate 23 years ago. The large volume and heavy base board lead to the small operating weight of the paper clamps and the small arm openning range.
Huamai’s designers have redesigned the overall structure and clamping arm of the forklift attachment for the G-Series lightweight paper roll champs. By changing the fulcrum structure, the long arm cylinder, small size and light weight are used to improve the arm range. Arms have increased by 15% compared to the industry average, while improving the visibility of the operator’s field of vision. The field of vision can easily reach 2/3 of the cargo.
The G series adopts a new substrate design and optimizes the self-weight distribution of attachments, reducing the weight of the paper roll champ by 20%, reducing the energy consumption, and increasing the load weight.

Huamai launched a new pusher, designed around zero-defect solutions, and equipped with innovative customized services to prepare for market challenges.
There are many kinds of push-pull devices on the market, and there are a lot of auxiliary handling equipment, but the Huai Mai zero breakage pusher still stands out. The zero breakage puller has the capacity of zero breakage and the load of 2000KG. The zero breakage push and pull device is designed for the zero breakage handling in many food industries now.
At CeMAT, Huamai demonstrated its zero damage push-pull device to exhibitors. They exclaimed, “why didn’t anyone think of such a plan before? It almost solved all the problems that I encountered now! Especially in the food industry, many products are likely to cause breakage in the process of handling. Its re clamping function achieves zero breakage of transportation and reduces the cost of damage caused by a lot of transportation.
