Tyre Container Loading Tools

Application:

Tyre Container Loading Tools is designed to press a stack of tyres in order to decrease their volume, which allows for transportation of more amounts of them in a container. The press is adapted to be fixed and plugged in a forklift. The forklift must have an option to plug external accessories to the hydraulic system of the forklift. The press is controlled by the levers located in the forklift. The machine has two pairs of supply pipes. Every pipe ends with a 3/8” quick-release coupling. The height of the forklift mast must not exceed 2.2 m. Dimensions of the device are adapted to cooperate with a sea container of the following internal dimensions – height: 2385 mm, width 2352 mm.

• Fork adjustable range :its minimum valve is inner space when forks close. Its maximum ranges is outer space when the forks opens.
